Holidays are coming and before you leave, there are some good news and several important dates to be saved for September and October 2017.

Just take a look below!

Building a value-driven leadership community

Me and my team are excited to collaborate with the International Leadership Association (ILA) and its several committees and Affinity groups.
Not only I had the pleasure to recently be part of exciting discussions with top experts at the ILA’s Conference on Women & Leadership in NY, but we will also soon meet ILA’s 1,200 participants here in Brussels, at the 19th Annual Conference on 12-15.10.2017.

  • FYI we have four Leadership panel debates in the Conference. Co-organised with several leading US and European universities, research centres and top leadership authors.
  • We are also organising the 1st Women in Leadership Trans-Atlantic Dialogue, a Cross-cultural, cross-sectoral Dialogue on women and leadership, for experts and practitioners from the two sides of the Atlantic. Co-organised with ILA’s Women and Leadership Affinity Group (WLAG) and the Sofia Foundation. Date: 11.10.2017.

You are warmly invited to join us – Corinna Hörst and myself- for our book launch on 27.09.2017 at the Brussels campus of the Vlerick Business School in Brussels (17:30-19:30). A first of its kind, our book brings together the stories and wisdom of 15 great women leaders in the capital of Europe. A separate “save the date” will be send soon.

In the meantime, learn more about the book, the interviewees and the authors here.

Master Classes with Ira Chaleff

We are so proud to organise a unique Train the Trainer Practitioner’s Certification by best-selling American author – and good friend – Ira Chaleff!

Ira is an internationally acclaimed expert on the field of Leadership and Followership: “We all shift between the follower and leader role continuously and need to do each with strength. Without strength in both leadership and followership roles, high-profile, very costly failures occur that were almost always avoidable”.

This is an unique opportunity to “learn from the source”. Ira’s purpose is to equip a new generation of trainers to integrate the power of dynamic followership in their leadership development programs. A 1 + 1 day Certification Program, in Brussels, on 17 & 18 October 2017. Co-developed with Ira Chaleff and the Greenhouse Group.
