As part of the ‘Leadership Conversatons’ series, Redscope  has recently met with Dirk Luyten. Dirk Luyten has more than 2 decades of experience in strategic management consulting as Managing Partner at Arthur D Little and Accenture. Being such a senior manager, he shared with us his perspective on how leaders can make gender balance a priority. He himself currently holds various Board Memberships, collaborates with Diversity and Performance and is a Member of the Exco of the IAA Woman in Business Club.
