The “LEADERSHIP TALKS – Building Inclusion & Gender Balance in Europe”are inspirational lunchtime conferences (12.30-14.00), at the European School of Administration (EUSA). They bring together business leaders who have inspiring track-records and experience as Inclusive Leaders; and are designed to be learning & interactive exchanges between these speakers and the participants (top and middle –men and women- managers in the EU institutions and agencies).

Julie studied business in Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Paris and qualified as a US Certified Public Accountant.
With nearly three decades of experience in professional services, Julie is leading one of the largest EY regions in EMEIA: Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Over the course of her career, her client-facing roles have involved international tax advice, auditing, advising large clients and accompanying business transformations with an increasing focus on digitalization.
Prior to her current role, Julie held various Markets leadership positions within EY and has been a member of the Area Executive Committee for EMEIA since 2012.
Julie is passionate about the need for a holistic approach to advising clients. An equally recognized leader in progressing parity issues, Julie is a prominent voice of the Women20 global agenda and is member of the UN EQUALS Advisory Board, connecting the public and private sector to advance digital equality. Julie has 4 children.

Etienne graduated with a Master Degree in Economics, from the University of Louvain.
Etienne started his career at Mars, where he held several positions within Field Sales and Sales & Marketing.
He joined the Coca-Cola system in 1998 and had different leadership positions (Account Manager, Sales Center Director, Director Field Sales, Director Home, and VP Sales & Marketing), before being appointed as VP, Country Director for Belgium & Luxembourg in September 2014. Etienne has 4 children.
