Women leadership & gender diversity strategies

Women have been developing their talents and escalating into the leadership field over the last few decades. At the same time, numerous surveys and literature produced by prominent sources have repeatedly proven "the case for gender diversity" showing the manifold positive consequences of developing gender diverse cultures.
Despite this, women are still drastically out-numbered by men in leadership positions in all professional sectors. From glass ceilings to work-life balance, deep-rooted stereotypes and office politics, female leaders (and leaders-to-be) still face various challenges. As they ascend the corporate ladder and take on greater management responsibilities, women executives need to do so with a full understanding of the expectations, dynamics and skills involved.
We develop both Women Leadership (WL) programs and Gender Diversity (GD) Strategies and Action Plans. The WL program is generally aimed at developing self-awareness, self-confidence, authentic talents and required skills to access leadership positions; at supporting and accompanying the leap into management (and then into top management); at understanding what it means to step up; and at creating a strong personal brand.
