REDSCOPE Consulting was founded and is run by Claudia de Castro Caldeirinha, after more than 20 years of international experience on Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and Gender. Throughout her path, Claudia has worked with top global political leaders, inspirational CEOs, UN and EU top personalities, renowned thinkers, but also with people who decide to lead positive changes at the local and grassroots levels, throughout the world.
Claudia uses her rich cross-sectorial experience to provide tailored strategic and operational advice, and inspiration, to international organizations and businesses around the world. She is known for making the best of her interpersonal skills, vast toolbox, and extensive network, to help decision-makers and organisations to develop the agile, inclusive and efficient work cultures needed in today’s world.
Her strategic advice, inspirational seminars and top-level Learning & Development Programs has extensively helped leaders and organisations to grow the work cultures, the leaders and teams that make sense in the inter-connected 21st century.
Claudia’s key areas of work are: Fostering (Inclusive, Gender Balanced and Emotionally Intelligent) Global Leaders; Women Leadership Development; and co-creating Diverse, Inclusive & Agile Work Cultures and Work forces, in the digital era.
Global expert, author and coach of managers, Claudia regularly speaks in global events and is frequently invited to teach in university executive programs, in Europe and globally. She has a master in international politics and gender studies (UK), and PhD ABD in International Affairs and Strategy (European University Institute, Florence/Italy, the “EU Harvard”).
She is a certified executive coach (ICF – PCC) and an active Member of the International Leadership Association. Claudia works in five languages (EN, FR, PT, ES, IT), is Portuguese (born in East Timor) and is the mother of a teenager boy.
