The 3rd annual Rise and Lead Summit is taking place on the 24th&25th of September. This year, Redscope’s Executive Director Claudia de Castro Caldeirinha joins the summit as a keynote speaker to talk about how Intersectionality is important for the development of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a workplace. Going over unconscious biases and systemic flaws, Claudia sets a discussion with senior leaders further.
Rise & Lead Summit 2020 welcomes Managing Director Accenture Nederlands Irine Gaasbeek as another keynote speaker to set a discussion regarding how to lead an inclusive organization in today’s ever-changing business climate.
