Last month, REDSCOPE’s CEO, Claudia de Castro Caldeirinha actively participated in the European Leadership Academy Winter School (ELA) focused on women leadership in the digital age. This initiative aims to help close the gender gap and empower women in order to shape EU’s digital landscape. In REDSCOPE, we welcome these types of programmes that are in line with the EU Commission’s objective of achieving a gender-equal Europe by 2025.
The 28 young change-makers selected this year were a source of true inspiration. A group of diverse & talented women who made the most of this experience and showed the power to shake things the youth has.
The 4 days programme included mentoring sessions, workshops, talks by senior experts & top-leaders on topics such as the future of diversity, EU leadership, digital and sustainable transformation, coding, entrepreneurship among and other interesting topics.
There is no doubt that ELA’s work is contributing to a more inclusive, diverse and sustainable world by shaping our future leaders, giving them the necessary tools & making their voices heard.
We are looking forward to the next European Leadership Academy Summer Edition, where we will be able to play our part in helping these young talents achieve their goals.
