What is the Leadership style necessary for the 21st century Law firms?

How can men and women in the profession co-create an inclusive workplace culture?

How can legal firms and actors boost and be part of the ongoing transformation?

What are the good practices and lessons learnt so far & how to build on the accomplishments?

These are some of the questions that will be discussed by three speakers with expertise in inclusion and gender balance, in UK, Brussels and globally.

REDSCOPE is co-organising this panel conversation in partnership with the President of the Law Society for England and WalesChristina Blacklaws, and the Managing Partner of the law firm NautaDutilh, Dirk van Gerven.

The three speakers are champions of inclusion and gender balance, in the UK, Brussels and globally, and will share their best practices, tools and tips.

Bios below:

Christina Blacklaws

President of the Law Society of England and Wales. A frequent media commentator, Christina is well-known for fronting the equality campaign Women in Leadership in law. Among her many achievements, two toolkits to transform the law sector: Women in leadership in Lay & Male Champions for Change.

Both toolkits will be available at the event.

 

 

Dirk Van Gerven

Partner and Managing Partner of the Brussels office of NautaDutilh. Dirk has served –and continues to serve -as president and/or a board member of many associations and institutions. He is the author of multiple books, including one on gender equality. He is an outspoken advocate for the gender equality.

 

 

 

Claudia de Castro Caldeirinha 

Leadership professor and Director of Redscope Consulting, Claudia has more than 20 years of international experience on Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Emotional Intelligence.

Speaker, Author (among others “Women Leading the Way in Brussels”, co-authored), and Coach of Managers.
