Debate – 27th of February 2019 (16.00-18.00 pm)
Civil society Women leaders in Brussels have gathered to discuss with the authors of the book “Women leading the way in Brussels”, Claudia de Castro Caldeirinha and Corinna Horst.
Debate, hosted by Joanna Maycock, Secretary-General of the European Women’s Lobby, focused on:
- The developments, challenges and opportunities for professional women in Brussels, especially in accessing and exerting Leadership positions.
- Good practices and strategies to increase diversity at the top, in Europe and in the civil society organisations, where diversity is still not a reality.
